How to Join and Play with Adventure Clubs in Pearl’s Peril

What’s more exciting than playing Pearl’s Peril? Well, playing Pearl’s Peril with new friends!

Available After Chapter 5

Adventure Clubs offer exciting cooperative gameplay! You will be working together with your teammates toward a common goal in order to win unique rewards for the team. How do you get started? Once you reach Chapter 5, Adventure Clubs will be unlocked. Adventure Clubs will then be accessible from the Adventure Club building south of Artemis Island.

Set up your Passport

The first time you enter Adventure Clubs, you will be asked to create a passport. The Pearl’s Peril Passport will be your identity in the game mainly while playing Adventure Clubs. Passports require you to choose an avatar and a nickname. A thorough guide on passports can be found here: https://pearlsperil.com/all-about-your-new-pearls-peril-passport/

Finding your Perfect Club

Once your passport has been created, you will be able to choose a Club from the many already listed. Not sure which one to choose? Take a look at the Adventure Club’s description. Here you can find a few words from the Club’s captain about play style and the general vibe of the team. You can also check how many scenes per day the Club members play, to get an idea of how active the Club is.

You are now part of a team that works toward a common goal to receive unique rewards. You will be working on individual Quests that will earn you Club points as well as individual rewards. Club points earned by all team members will add up and will earn you milestone rewards and the grand prize at the very end of the Club Quest.

Play to win Points for Quests

Your individual Quests will range from playing scenes, collecting Coins, or scoring points in the Captain’s Challenge to name a few. You can see what Quests you have active at all times from the Adventure Clubs interface. By clicking the ‘Go’ button, you will be taken directly to the part of the game that lets you complete that Quest. If you are struggling to complete a Quest, you can skip it using the ‘Refresh Quest’ button, the two circling green arrows at the top-right corner of each Quest.

If you need more Energy to help your team complete the Quest, do not forget to request it every 8 hours from the Energy Board. Here you will also be able to help out your teammates by sending them Energy when they request it too. Plus you will get 10 coins for helping them out! Be sure to look out for an exclamation point on the Energy Board tab for a new request popping up. To see more about the Energy Board, check out our article here: https://pearlsperil.com/a-new-way-to-share-energy-with-your-adventure-club/

Big Rewards for your Whole Team

Once enough Club points have been earned, the grand prize will be delivered to your inventory. These decorations are unique pieces of art for your island. And that’s not all… Adventure Clubs feature an in-game chat where you can share your thoughts, strategies, and bits of life with your teammates. Quests, perks, and cooperative gameplay… are you ready for the biggest adventure yet in Pearl’s Peril? Team up now!

what if your team members won’t play, do they still get all the rewards for my points ?! I started my own team and overnight I got 5people joined, I was excited, this was going to be fun I thought, after three days nobody but me has scored any points, needless to say, I was so disappointed and want to expel them all, I mean, I’m the only one working toward all the goals, but I’m not getting any grand prizes . . .

      Lu,
Yes, every team member will claim the Club Minutes and the Trophy whether they have contributed points or not.
Have they put any messages in the chat area explaining why they are not playing? If after three days no points then I would suggest you expel but that must be your choice.
If you ae Facebook connected, consider joining our Pearl’s Peril Social Group. In the group, you can post a thread looking for active playing members. Be specific in what you expect as a team member (number of points per day, communication, kindness.
Or if you decide to look for a team for yourself you can do that also. Best to you.

      Hello Jennifer,
Collections==> on the blue squares (you can ask your playing friends for 3 items every 24 hours. Many of us do this: as an example having 60 friends so on my 1st item I ask 20 of my playing friends (to do this when you tap on ask friends there is a box on the bottom of the page you see uncheck that box) then individually check on twenty names, go to the next item do the same, and repeat for the 3rd group if you need the third group) you have now asked your 60 friends for the items. Next step go to your Adventure Club chat, post a note ‘request for collections items sent’. Jennifer if you are Facebook connected please consider joining our Pearl’s Peril Social Group (members helping members with tips/strategies for the game. we have members with 5 badges who are just starting their adventure and members with over 30 thousand badges)

Jennifer so many wonderful friendships have been found while playing Pearl’s Peril. I cannot make your group ‘chat’ but above I have suggested resources for a group of wonderful players to help you learn the game and continue for many years to come.
Have an amazing day and Happy Pearling!

Are the total points for quests based on the amount of members in a group? I noticed that the total points required for the week was just over 1,000pts… but then we lost about 5 people and we were not able to make the quest… morale was getting low… then I noticed that the point requirement for this week was just over 500… can we expect that number to go ups as we get more players?
    Thank you
    Mary

      Hello Mary,
Goal points are based on 2 factors the Trophy Value (prestige: 60+; 100+; or 200+) and the number of team members.
An example would be for this week’s challenge the Trophy is 60 Prestige, a team of 10 players goal points is 515; if the team has 15 players the goal points are 699.
Hope this helps. Mary if you are Facebook connected we have a group called Pearl’s Peril Social. There are members looking for Adventure Clubs and Adventure Clubs posting for new members.

          • Franscene Wooga

            Susan,
Good Day. Yes, leave your current Adventure Club and accept the invitation to your new team.
All points you contributed to the current challenge (100 prestige trophy) stays with the current club.

I’m new to the game and Adventure Clubs and have been receiving rewards for my club quests. Pretty much, out of 7(?) people in an open group I seem to be the only one, or one of two, who is contributing. Do non-contributors also win any rewards for club quests?

      Hello,
Yes, all members in the Adventure Club will receive the Club Minutes, and Trophy whether they contribute or not. Your club owner/captain has set the rules of your Adventure Club.
If you are Facebook connected, I would like to suggest you join our Pearl’s Peril Social Group. Should you decide to join a more active club with all members contributing. woo.ga/ppsocial
There are clubs who are looking for members and do have the details posted or you can post in the thread you are looking for and your criteria. Enjoy your day and Happy Pearling!

I was dropped from a club without explanation. I think I just didn’t know how to stay connected with the group. I certainly earned points for them. Can I join another group and still get points for them? How do you know where their discussion group meets?

      Hello Roberta,
I would like to suggest if you are Facebook Connected that you join our Pearl’s Peril Social Group. Members of the group are looking for players to join their Adventure Club. You can also post in the thread that you are looking for an Adventure Club. Roberta, the Adventure Clubs each set there own criteria for the members/teams. I am sorry that your Captain did not communicate with you about what the issues might be. Yes, you can join another Club, but keep in mind that any Club Minutes you have already earned you will not be able to collect another set. Also, the points you contributed stayed with the Club, so you are starting fresh with the New Adventure Club but your Tasks are still on timers if you find one that is available to continue to play. Communication is so important, the Adventure Club has a Chat area within the game (there is no translation for the international players, many Adventure Club Captain’s created a Group Chat in Messenger, some Captain’s create a private Group. All the above applies to Pearl’s Peril Only. June’s Journey is handled differently. Enjoy your day Roberta. Here is the link:

Is there a way to see my teammates’ scores? I will see comments from my teammates saying things like “I hate to see you go because you are a good player.” I don’t know how to determine how well I’m doing. I can usually score higher than the others in the Captain’s Challenge and I usually score higher than the one person I seem to be playing. I don’t know how to play other people.

    Thank you.

      Tina,
In order to view your scores on the ‘Boards’, you must be FB connected.
For Pearl’s Peril Tap Play> next to the Play Button Tap on the ribbon/crown that will show your current score and placement among your FB connected playing friends.
For the Captain’s Challenge,>Tap Steamboat> Your placement # and scoring are listed.
Tina, many players play to better their own scores, yes there are rewards ribbons for placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd. You mentioned Teammates (Adventure Club).
This will depend on the rules in your Club. When you are in the Adventure Club, scroll down past your tasks, this will show you the points each member has contributed.
Have you joined our Pearl’s Peril Social Group? Request additional playing friends, ask the players for strategies and tips. Enjoy your week and happy Pearling.

Have you chatted with your teammates? Use chat or messenger to see if they have completed this week’s challenge. You mentioned ‘you joined halfway through’. Audrey,
if you already played in another Adventure Club then you will not be able to play in this club. You will not receive tasks nor can you earn additional rewards. Only one set of rewards to each player to prevent Club hopping.

          Reply

          Hi Richard,
If you are Facebook friends with the person ask them to invite you (if the Adventure Club allows members to invite). If not then ask your friend to have the owner/captain to send you a friend request, you accept the friend request, then have them invite you to the team. Richard if you are not friends with anyone on the team, are you or do you know if they are members of our Pearl’s Peril Social Group? If yes as a member you could post a thread asking for any members of the team to contact you.
When you open the Community Tab of the Adventure Club you will see a list of your playing friends clubs first. Best to you and I hope you are able to connect quickly. Have an awesome day.

          • Franscene Wooga

            Hi Robin,
Correct the numbers are no longer visible. Robin, here is a suggestion after your team has reached the Club 15 minutes, in a note pad or on your device, create as follows
These are the headers (or choose what information is what you would like to track).
AC Challenge; April 26th, 2020; 200 Prestige (Wild Australia Collection); 7 members/ 541 Points (77.2 pts per team member).
Then list your teammate’s names and when you are about 15/20 points from the Trophy or closer write down the numbers.
Enjoy the week, Happy Pearling, and good luck in Molly’s Raffle.

      Jillian,
If your current Club has completed this week’s challenge, you collected the Trophy, moving to a new Club you will not receive Tasks.
Changing Adventure Clubs you will not lose your Buildings, Tickets, Pearl’s Cash, Coins, or Prestige.
      Best to you.

I don’t understand the value of visiting neighbors. Clicking the gift boxes does what exactly? I’m happy to do it if it helps a neighborhood but are these also friends or just random players?

    • Franscene Wooga
      Reply

      Hello Judy,
The globe takes you to your Pearl’s Peril playing friends. You collect only 5 gift boxes from those 5 neighbors. The gift boxes contain either 2 coins each or 1 energy. Gifts are random. When coins, you should receive 10 total from each neighbor. The gifts are immediately added to your totals BEFORE the coins/energy “bounce” up to your totals. Once you’ve visited 5 neighbors, you cannot collect again until the next day. There is no set gift per building, the Windmill does not ONLY give out energy or the Clock Tower does not ONLY give out coins. *If you collect from a neighbor who has just started and they only have 1-4 buildings, that counts as 5. You can’t go to another neighbor and make up the missing gift box.
